Peningkatan Kinerja UMKM melalui Implementasi Case-Based Learning dalam Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui implementasi metode Case-Based Learning (CBL). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Pagerandong dengan melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, perdagangan, dan usaha rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis kasus dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan pelatihan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dengan indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah, pengambilan keputusan, produktivitas, dan disiplin kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan mean, persentase peningkatan, serta uji paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 30,6% pada seluruh indikator. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode CBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja SDM pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model pelatihan berbasis pembelajaran aktif yang lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja UMKM.
