Implementasi POAC dalam Pengelolaan Pelatihan Biosaka Pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Binangkit Desa Sukasari, Karawang

Abstract

Binangkit in Sukasari Village is not yet fully optimal. Therefore, this research was designed to provide a description of the implementation of POAC (planning, organizing, actuating and controlling) in Biosaka training in the Binangkit Women's Farming Group in Sukasari Village. The technique for determining subjects used purposive sampling with a total of six subjects. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, interview and observation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is based on Miles and Huberman's theory using the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis results obtained, the management of Biosaka training at KWT Binangkit is based on the theory of George R. Terry (1972) where the management stages consist of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. In its implementation, planning functions as a design for arranging training activities. Organizing, where the process of distributing tasks to each member or KWT Binangkit party involved in Biosaka training activities. Actuating, where the movement or essence of a training is carried out. Controlling, where the assessment of the effectiveness of biosaka training is carried out.
