Peran LPKS KIREI Korea dalam Menyiapkan Keterampilan Kerja Untuk Memasuki Pasar Kerja Luar Negeri

Abstract

Working abroad, particularly in South Korea, has become a popular choice for people due to the high salaries offered; however, the selection process has become increasingly difficult due to policies reducing admission quotas. This situation requires prospective workers to possess far more advanced competencies than in previous years in order to pass the selection process. This study aims to analyze the role of LPKS Kirei Kebumen in preparing its. The results indicate that LPKS Kirei does not merely focus on language instruction but also prioritizes students’ physical and mental development through skill-based training exercises and the implementation of a high-discipline culture. The institution is also highly adaptive to the latest computer-based testing systems and regularly updates its learning materials based on field information. This study confirms that LPKS Kirei plays a crucial role as a tool for fostering competitiveness and a resilient mindset among prospective workers. In addition to serving as a training center, the institution also functions as an official information source that protects the public from the risk of labor fraud.

ABSTRAK

Bekerja di luar negeri, terutama Korea Selatan, saat ini menjadi pilihan populer bagi masyarakat karena tawaran gaji yang tinggi, namun proses seleksinya semakin sulit akibat adanya kebijakan penurunan kuota penerimaan. Kondisi ini menuntut calon pekerja untuk memiliki kompetensi yang jauh lebih matang dibandingkan tahun tahun sebelumnya agar bisa lolos seleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran LPKS Kirei Kebumen dalam menyiapkan kompetensi kerja para siswanya di tengah kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LPKS Kirei tidak hanya fokus pada pengajaran bahasa, tetapi juga mengendepankan fisik dan mental siswa melalui latihan skill test serta penerapan budaya disiplin tinggi. Lembaga ini juga sangat adaptif terhadap sistem ujian komputer terbaru dan rutin memperbarui materi belajarnya berdasarkan informasi lapangan. Penelitian ini menegaskan LPKS Kirei berperan penting sebagai alat yang membentuk daya saing dan mentalitas tangguh bagi para calon pekerja. Selain menjadi tempat pelatihan, lembaga ini juga berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi resmi yang melindungi masyarakat dari risiko penipuan tenaga kerja.
