The rapid development of digital technology and the national smart village agenda has created new opportunities for rural economic empowerment through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). However, many village economies still rely on conventional business patterns that have not fully utilized technopreneurship and digital-based services. This study aims to describe and analyze a model of community economic empowerment through a technopreneurship- and smart village-based BUMDes in Boyemare Village, Sakra Barat District, in 2026. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Boyemare BUMDes managers, village government, and community members as key informants. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed through stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the empowerment model in Boyemare consists of four main components: (1) strengthening digital infrastructure and institutional capacity, (2) developing technopreneurship-oriented business units, (3) implementing digital financial management and marketing systems, and (4) ensuring community participation and sustainability of programs. This model is in line with the national smart village concept and proves that the integration of technopreneurship and digital-based governance in BUMDes can strengthen local economic potential, expand market access, and support village economic independence.
