Peer Review Process

All submissions are first screened by the editorial office for scope, completeness, and similarity (plagiarism) before being assigned to a handling editor. Submissions that pass screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers using a double-blind process: the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other. Reviewers are asked to assess originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal's scope, clarity, and ethical compliance.

Reviewers recommend one of four outcomes: accept, minor revision, major revision, or decline. The handling editor makes a recommendation and the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers. The first decision is normally given within 8 weeks of submission. Editors and editorial board members do not handle manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest; such manuscripts are assigned to another editor. Reviewers' identities are never disclosed, and all manuscripts are treated as confidential.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to all of its content, with no embargo, and without requiring registration to read or download articles. This follows the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Frequency

Two issues per year (June and December). Articles are published online as soon as they are ready (continuous publication) within the current issue.

Copyright and License Notice

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided the author(s) and the original publication in this journal are credited. Authors may enter separate agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version (for example, in an institutional repository), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

There are no article submission charges and no article processing charges (APC). Publication in the journal is free of charge for authors.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journal follows the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, WAME) and the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must submit original work that is not under consideration elsewhere, must disclose conflicts of interest and funding, and must credit all contributors according to authorship criteria. Research involving human participants must state ethical approval or an exemption statement, together with informed consent where applicable. Allegations of misconduct (plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, authorship disputes) are handled following COPE flowcharts. Corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern are published when necessary. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit and are not influenced by the nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, or institutional affiliation of the authors.

Use of generative AI: authors must disclose any use of generative AI tools in the preparation of the manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the content. Reviewers and editors must not upload confidential manuscripts into public AI tools.

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened with similarity-checking software (Turnitin, iThenticate, or an equivalent tool) before review. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% (excluding references) are returned to the authors or rejected, and the editors also judge the nature of the overlap, not only the percentage.

Archiving and Indexing

The journal's contents are preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), and authors are encouraged to deposit their accepted or published versions in institutional repositories. Each article receives a DOI (Crossref) and is available at a permanent article-level URL.

The journal is prepared for submission to DOAJ, Sinta/Garuda (Indonesia), Google Scholar, Crossref, and relevant subject indexes once it meets their minimum publication history.
